What do I need to rent a vehicle?

A valid driver’s licence, a credit card in the renter’s name, and proof of insurance if you are declining ours. Every renter completes a short identity verification before pickup — most customers finish it in under three minutes from their phone.

How old do I have to be?

Most classes require a driver aged 25 or older. Premium SUVs and trucks are available from 23, and from 21 with a young-driver surcharge. Our Signature tier — the flagship sedan and grand touring coupe — requires a driver aged 30 or older.

What is included in the price I see?

The daily rate, your included mileage, all taxes, and every mandatory fee. We show the itemised total before you enter a payment method. The only charges that can appear later are ones you cause: extra miles, fuel, tolls or a late return.

How much is the security deposit?

Between $150 and $500 depending on the vehicle class, held as an authorisation rather than a charge. It is released as soon as the vehicle is inspected and the rental is settled — typically the same day, though your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Can I return the vehicle after hours?

Yes, at every location. We send a secure return link that walks you through recording the mileage, fuel level and photos, then you use the key drop. A member of staff completes the final inspection the next morning and sends your receipt.

What happens if I return late?

There is a 29-minute grace period. After that we charge by the hour, capped at one additional day’s rate. If you know you are running behind, request an extension from your reservation page — it is almost always cheaper.

Do you deliver?

From our Buckhead and Downtown locations, yes — anywhere inside the metro service radius, including hotels, offices and private residences. Delivery and collection are quoted as a single fee at booking.

Can I add another driver?

Yes. Additional drivers are verified in the same way as the primary renter, and can be added during booking, from your account, or at the counter. There is a per-day fee, waived for corporate accounts and Platinum members.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours we retain a one-day charge. No-shows are charged one day plus any non-refundable add-ons. Prepaid and long-term rentals have their own terms, shown before you confirm.

Is the mileage unlimited?

Each class includes a daily allowance — usually 250 miles, 300 on trucks and 150 on our Signature tier. Extra miles are charged per mile at the rate shown on the vehicle page, or you can add unlimited mileage at booking.
