Terms of service
Last reviewed September 2026. These apply to every rental unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
These terms
These terms govern your use of the Atlanta Prestige Transportation website and booking service. The rental itself is governed by the Rental Agreement you sign before collection, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their authority, or use another person’s identity documents.
Reservations and pricing
A reservation is confirmed when we have verified your identity, authorised your payment method, and you have signed the rental agreement. Until then it is a request, and availability is not guaranteed.
Prices are quoted at the time of booking and are held for that reservation. We correct obvious pricing errors — a rate published at a fraction of its intended value, for example — and where we do, we contact you before taking any payment and you may cancel without charge.
Availability
You reserve a vehicle class rather than a specific car. We assign the exact vehicle before collection, and where only one is free for your dates that vehicle is held for you and shown on your confirmation. If the class you booked becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, we will upgrade you at no additional cost or refund you in full.
Electronic signatures
You agree that the rental agreement may be signed electronically and that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. We record the document, a cryptographic hash of its contents, your typed legal name, the date and time, and the IP address and device you signed from.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the value of the reservation concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any action arising from them shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
